About Bambini Montessori School
For 25 years, Bambini Montessori School Guam has been proudly servicing Guam families with exceptional childcare and early childhood education. Located in Tumon Heights, we provide nurturing Montessori education and childcare services for children from 0 to 12 years of age.
We offer the lowest Montessori rates on the island while maintaining high standards of care and learning. This balanced approach has earned us recognition as a Model Childcare — a special distinction awarded only to the best childcares in Guam.

Meet Our Directress
Subasri Nagarajan
B.Sc., B.Ed., M.Sc. · Directress, Bambini Montessori School Guam
Subasri Nagarajan is a fully certified Montessori and Early Childhood educator who has been leading Bambini Montessori School since 2002. With more than two decades of dedicated service to Guam's youngest learners, she has shaped Bambini into the trusted institution families across the island have come to rely on.
Under her direction, Bambini continues to embody its guiding philosophy — a nurturing "Home for the Montessori Children" — where each child is met with warmth, respect, and the freedom to learn at their own pace.
Mrs. Nagarajan's approach faithfully follows the authentic Montessori philosophy across all five key curriculum areas: Practical Life Exercise, Sensorial Exercise, Phonics, Math, and Cultural. Her leadership has earned Bambini recognition as a Model Childcare — one of the highest distinctions awarded to childcare providers in Guam.
